ISN Leadership/Group Member Declaration of Interest Policy and Form

Thank you for your participation as a volunteer in one, or more, ISN group/s.

The ISN has a mandatory disclosure policy under which each of the following categories of individuals is annually required to read the ISN Policy on Declaration of Interest and complete and sign a Declaration of Interest form and submit it to ISN headquarters:

Executive Committee members
Council members
All members of Supporting Groups (committees, working groups and advisory groups)
Other individuals as designated by the Secretary/Treasurer and Executive Director
