[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”Instructions for group registrations”]Group registrations are:<\/span><\/p>\n One individual must be appointed as the main contact. Only this person should facilitate the group registration and will receive information and updates from the WCN Registration Team. Once successfully logged in, the main contact may request a group registration by indicating the number of tickets required. Please note that no members\u2019 names or other info are requested at this stage.\u202f<\/span> Intersted group members can register to the\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Once payment is received, the group leaders will receive the link and instructions to share with their group members to submit their individual details. IMPORTANT<\/strong>: All group members must upload their details by January 16, 2025.<\/strong> After this date all empty tickets will be cancelled (with no refunds). It is the sole responsability of the group leaders to ensure that the names and details are submitted by the deadline.<\/p>\n Please note that the main contact person is not automatically included as one of the group delegates. If the main contact person wishes to participate in any WCN congress activities, they must register either as part of the group or<\/strong> separately.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Collection of congress material on-site”]The group\u00a0<\/span>leader<\/span>\u00a0(or an authorized representative) will collect congress badges and materials for the entire group, and it is\u00a0<\/span>their\u00a0<\/span>responsibility to distribute them to each individual delegate. Collecting group congress materials is scheduled upon appointment on February 5, 2025, between 14:00 and 18:00 and on February 6, 2025, between 09:00 and 12:00. Group leaders will contcated in<\/span> January 2025 to organise and schedule the appointments. <\/span>\u00a0The <\/span>c<\/span>ongress organizers will not be held responsible shall the group contact person fail to distribute congress badges and material to the delegates.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n [\/vc_toggle][vc_column_text]IMPORTANT: please be aware that delegates from most countries need a visa to enter India.<\/strong>\u00a0It is best to start this process as soon as your registration is finalized to ensure you receive the visa in time.
