Any cancellation or change of your registration must be done in writing to the WCN organizers ([email protected]) and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation of participation by the participant
- On or before January 9, 2025: refund of fee minus an administrative charge of 150 USD (+GST).
Please note that in the case of a registration fee lower than 150 USD (+ GST), there will be no refund. - After January 9, 2025: no refunds will be issued.
Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed after WCN’25.
Name changes/replacements
Name changes will only be possible for confirmed and paid registrations.
- On or before January 9, 2025: replacements or name changes can be made free of charge.
- After January 9, 2025: replacements or name changes are subject to an administrative fee of 50 USD (+GST).
Non-attendance/no-show
Should a registered delegate not be able to attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made. *A fully paid registration will give you access to post-WCN content even if the delegate is a no-show.
Double payment/over-payment
In case of double payment or over payment, an administrative fee of 50 USD (+ GST) is applicable on the refund.
