Minors (persons under 18 years of age) can access the congress venue and areas used by WCN’25. Minors must be registered (no fee applies, please contact [email protected] to receive the applicable registration form). Minors must always be accompanied by one parent or caretaker (1 minor = 1 adult). The accompanying person must be fully registered for WCN’25. Adults are fully responsible to ensure appropriate and correct behavior of the children and interference with the congress activities will not be accepted. The organizers take no responsibility for content deemed unsuitable for children which may be displayed during WCN’25 congress sessions.
Regardless of their registration status, minors will not be admitted to the opening ceremony and plenary sessions, the Exhibition Hall, the Interventional Nephrology Course and industry sessions. Registered children will be required to wear a badge or wristband (depending on the age) which will always include the contact details of their caretaker whilst on site.
The ISN World Congress of Nephrology, taking place in New Delhi, India, from February 6th to 9th, 2025, has applied for accreditation from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). The accreditation status will be updated on this page once we receive the notification.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for EACCME®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Please note that the CME Certificate of Attendance will not be available for the on-demand viewing.
The official language of the congress is English. However, an AI-assisted live translation will be available onsite. WCN participants will have, via their mobile, real-time access to translated audio, subtitles, session transcripts, and same-language captions in over 30 languages. For more info please click here.
