The group leader (or authorized representative) must collect all badges and congress materials for the group.
Distribution to individual members is the group leader’s responsibility.
Collection times:
- March 27, 2026: 2 – 6 p.m.
- March 28, 2026: 9 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Organizers are not responsible if badges/materials are not distributed to delegates.
