Send your nominations for the ISN leadership and council elections

The ISN Nominating Committee has launched a call for ISN members to nominate potential candidates for the ISN President and council members elections.
To put forward a candidate for ISN President Elect, send an e-mail to the Chair of the ISN Nominating Committee, Dr Joanne Bargman, e-mail Joanne.Bargman@uhn.ca. Deadline is Wednesday April 30, 2014. You must send a short description of the individual’s previous accomplishments as an ISN leader or volunteer (one paragraph). It is important to include how they fit with the ISN mission, mindset and spirit based on concrete achievements, and his/her potential to expand current ISN activities and programs.
At this stage no additional documents, CVs or other information are required. The ISN Nominating Committee will consider all suggested names, and will request any further documentation and information wherever necessary to assist their final decisions.
The ISN Nominating Committee is also welcoming suggestions for candidates for the following ISN Council vacancies:
- Africa – 1 vacant seat in 2015
- North Asia – 1 vacant seat in 2015
- East Asia – 1 vacant seat in 2015
- Australia, New Zealand & Polynesia – 1 vacant seat in 2015
- North America – 3 vacant seats in 2015
- Continental Europe – 3 vacant seats in 2015
- Mediterranean Europe – 1 vacant seat in 2015
- Eastern Europe – 1 vacant seat in 2015
- Latin America – 1 vacant seat in 2015
To suggest a candidate for a Council position, please complete the online nomination form HERE, The password is isnlive. Deadline is Wednesday April 30, 2014. This will take approximately 10 minutes as you will be required to answer specific questions regarding the leadership skills and specific achievements of your nominee. After submitting the form, please send a full CV of the candidate to Marie-Pierre Smal at mpsmal@theisn.org. Please note you will need your ISN membership number to sign in.
