World Kidney Day
World Kidney Day is a global campaign that aims to raise awareness of the importance of our kidneys to our overall health and to reduce the frequency and impact of kidney disease and its associated health problems worldwide. On WKD thousands of events take place across the world from public screenings to fun activities to raise awareness amongst the public of kidney disease. The 2024 theme is: Advancing equitable access to care an optimal medication practice.
