0by25 is an ISN initiative that aims to eliminate preventable deaths from Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) worldwide by 2025. If you are a nephrologist or healthcare professional dealing with AKI, register to participate in the ISN 0by25 Global Snapshot, CLICK HERE.
This is a prospective, cross-sectional study to establish the incidence of AKI during a six week period in different settings worldwide. The web-based data collection will take place from September 29 to November 9, 2014.
The aim of the study is to provide an updated database on the incidence, management and treatment of AKI globally, demonstrating the burden of AKI globally and raising awareness in the worldwide community.
As a participating provider, you will enter data on AKI patients under your care on a selected day of your choice during the six week study period. In particular, the study requests that you routinely enter available demographic, clinical and treatment data, on the day of enrollment, and available outcomes seven days later, using the web-based case report forms accessible across computers, tablets and smartphones with an Internet access. More than 380 centers across the world have registered to participate in the Global Snapshot (see map below).
Register for the ISN 0by25 Global Snapshot Study and win an iPad in our prize draw. Discounts on ISN membership and WCN registration are also available to participating centres, CLICK HERE.
