Joining the ISN was instrumental for my career. The ISN Fellowship program has given me recognition as a renal physician and hence a platform to better advocate for patients with kidney disease. The training has improved my knowledge and skills. I am now able to offer better care for patients on dialysis and those post kidney transplant. The future for renal medicine in Fiji looks bright and we are hoping to do kidney transplants one day.
